All orders received Monday thru Thursday will be shipped the next day. All orders received Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. If we cannot ship immediately due to backorder, we will e-mail you and inform you of the estimated ship date. All customers will receive an e-mail upon shipment. Shipping charges are calculated automatically, based on product weight and the shipping location. A $1.00 handling fee is added to every order to cover shipping expenses.
All cigarette machines have a 1 year manufactures warranty. Please fill out and send in your warranty card. You may return these machines directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Addresses are included with each machine.
All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within the 48 hours we will not be responsible for order complaints.
INTERNATIONAL AND MILITARY SHIPPING
An additional handling fee of $4.00 USD is added to all international orders.
There is no additional handling fee for military orders.
All military and international shipping are SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or pilfered packages. Customer is responsible for all duties of your country. Please check your local customs for cost. If an order is returned to us, the customer will receive a credit for product upon our receipt of the returned product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Customers who refuse shipment will be added to our DO NOT SHIP TO list.
