Shipping and Delivery
We try to ship all orders on the next business day, unless otherwise posted. We absolutely do our best but cannot guarantee next business day shipping. All customers will receive an e-mail upon shipment, if you do not receive this email or if you have any questions concerning a submitted order, please click the CONTACT US link to send us an e-mail. We do not ship to Montana. Currently, their state law prohibit our shipment to this state. We also do not ship tobacco or ecigs to Pennsylvania.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically, based on product weight and the shipping location.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Customers who refuse shipment will be added to our DO NOT SHIP TO list.
International and Military Shipping
All military and international shipping are SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or pilfered packages. Customer is responsible for all duties of your country. Please check your local customs for cost.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you place orders or access your account information, the data is encrypted using a secure sockets layer (SSL). Hackers will not be able to intercept any of your information during transmission. Furthermore, all the customer data we collect is completely protected against unauthorized access.
All personal information collected is used solely for processing your orders, notifying you of product updates if requested, and contacting you if necessary. Smoker's Outlet will not sell your personal information to others. If you have indicated within your account information that you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails from Smoker's Outlet, we will only send you e-mail to confim your order and update the status of your order.
Returns, Cancellations & Replacements
Orders can only be cancelled by customer service and cannot be cancelled from the website.
If you need to change or cancel an order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.
If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues or an authorization was given by customer service for the product to be returned, the customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product upon our receipt of the returned product. This credit will be issued as either a refund to the card used on the order or as a store credit for use on our website.
Refunds processed to a credit card can take 1-3 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's policies regarding refunds.
All cigarette machines have a 1 year manufactures warranty. Please fill out and send in your warranty card. You must return these machines directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Addresses are included with each machine. We are unable to accept returns of these products.
All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within the 48 hours we will not be responsible for shipping errors.
Customer must have Invoice available for verification of information on Invoice when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders.
