I love this roller. Super cheap in price. I've already rolled 6 packs of cigarettes since getting it 2 days ago and haven't had problems with it once. I did buy two at once and I'm glad I did. I don't think I'll be needing the backup for awhile though because it appears durable. I would totally recommend this for anyone to buy. (Posted on 7/16/2017)

I've been rolling for many years too and have experience with pretty much each model offered here.I bought this during a time of penny pinching and it faithfully rolled hundreds if cigs for my boyfriend, his mother and me.A few remarks; many factors dictate your outcome with any tool you use. With hand rollers, keep in mind that (if its all you can afford at the moment especially) there must be a deliberate level if care taken to not over pack it,gauge your tobacco's moisture, and treat it gently and clean on occasion.Forcing or overstuffing any roller will bend & warp the inner loading arm.Too damp tobacco will cause difficulty and jamming too.I did experience the problem of the hinge coming out at one time, and I did a diy fix with a section of paper clip (straight) and made a small loop on one end with needle nose. Then put through hinge holes and made another loop in other end that was close enough to not let the top be too loose, but a bit of movement room so that it doesn't make the top stiff and not easily opened...You may have to fiddle with it a bit until you get my drift..the bends or loops on your homemade hinge will prevent the "coming apart" problem..just my 2¢!...But take reasonable skill, time and patience when you roll with these single rollers and they'll serve your needs, and I have hotten ore than my moneys worth out out all the different ones I've bought, single and others. I bought this item for $3.33 and have rolled about a carton and a half with it. I have to say this is one excellent roller for the price! The only issue I have had with it was the pin that holds the top on has almost came all the way out a few times but it goes right back in no problem and its good for another 5 packs or so. I have carried it around in a backpack a few time which may be why it comes loose at times. Someone mentioned it doesnt come with a tamper but mine did. It also has a built in slot to store it while your not using it which is very convenient. Overall this is an excellent roller and cheap too! I will be purchasing one of these with every order I make from now on. I purchase around 1-3 months of tobacco every time I order. I purchased around 3 months this time around when I ordered this. Next order I will write another review on the new one and how the old one has held up. So far I have no problem recommended this to anyone. Especially for $3.33! (Posted on 6/28/2016)

1st the bad.It has too many unnecessary moving parts that will,at some point, break down and I will have too spend another(whole) $3 to replace it.It is pretty bulky. The instructions seem to have been written by a chimp. Now the good. The main parts appear to be solid. It makes good cigarettes. The reason I bought this was because I broke the white thing that holds the tube on my old one.Shargio sent a spare. If you only want a small inexpensive injector this may work for you.
1) Rubber capped base for adhering to surfaces.
2) Grip piece clasp the tube to insure it stays during operation May depend on tubes used as well)
3) For the price offered it is worth the buy.
4) Yes its made in China, most cheap cost items are.

I recommend if you don't have the 40+$ for the larger ones. (Posted on 12/5/2014)

I have been using Shargio solo roller many many years way back 1 pound bags of tobacco were 5 bucks a bag the solo roller was the best I have ever seen but today the roller is not so good the only thing I like now about the roller is the price. made in china by non smokers an not tested for quality. one of the biggest problems is the rubber thing that holds the tube is hard and smooth and won't hold the tube very well and the jaw that pushes on the rubber thing does not push down far enough to hold the tube and the pin that holds the lid to the lower part of the injector body works it's way out so I have had to make the repairs so it works and now it works for the price I will keep buying and repairing them (Posted on 11/11/2014)
For the price, this is a no-brainerReview by johnc

At half to one-third the price of the other injectors (Top, Premier and Zig-Zag—I've had all three), I think this really offers the greatest bang for your buck. Seems solidly built (relatively speaking, of course). Ordered two. Just rolled a pack with zero problems. Smooth action, no gaps or torn ends, and seems to handle slight overloading better than the other injectors mentioned. Includes tamper and an extra plastic nozzle. I'd keep an eye on the metal hinge pin, though—I can see it might have a tendency to work itself out of position after a while. Next order, I'll be getting a couple of the "Solo Roller" model (at half the price of this one!), which, at least according to a reviewer, comes closest to the old-style Rizla (which I've never used, but have heard raves about(. Works, but, bulky and over-engineeredReview by D

This machine does work and you can make a fine cigarette with it; however I consider it bulky and over-engineered. Too bulky to qualify as "hand-held" and works best flat on a table. It is over-engineered because it has a number of extras that are useless and ultimately will fail over time; fiddly things such as the springs as part of a locking mechanism whilst injecting etc. and the area around the tube end etc . . . I purchased this to replace my very reliable Rizzla which served me well for many years. It DOES include a tamping tool housed in the bulky black casing. . . I never use them myself though because they can pack your cig too tight, making it hard to draw etc. At the price you can't go wrong and I would suggest this product if as an alternate if a better can not be found. Tobacco Tamper Not IncludedReview by MAO

The instructions for this product show a tobacco tamper (labeled G) on the instructions to push the tobacco down into the roller. Customer service tells me the product does not come with a tamper. When asked if I could purchase the tamper separately they were unable to answer that question. Has anybody else run into this? What are you using for a tobacco tamper? Can't really rate the product yet because I haven't tried to use it without the tamper. (Posted on 1/30/2014)

Does it's job.Review by Greg

What can I say, it works. Usually gives fairly consistent cigarettes each time at a quick rate. While it never jams, there are times when it won't let go of the last threads of tobacco as you pull the cigarette off the tip, and will take some of the tobacco out of the tube. But this is moslty due to the quality of the tobacco (if its too dry or too moist).

The rubber base does it's job and offers awesome grip so nothing's sliding around. Had mine for four months now, no complaints. A must buy. (Posted on 11/30/2013)

Very smooth and also very well built at an excellent price. After using a zen quick shooter for a couple of months I was amazed at how well this machine performed in comparison. Very happy with this purchase! Works even better with my zen tubes than the zen injector. A must buy. (Posted on 10/17/2013)

I was a bit worried about buying this product because it was a company I've never heard of, but I'm glad I bought it. I just made two packs of cigarettes with it and had no problems at all. Very smooth sliding and I like the rubber gripper on the bottom so it doesn't slide all over the table. Very satisfied. (Posted on 7/3/2013)
