It's alright for its price but it's hard to put the right amount of the tabbacco. I end up with half filled tubes (Posted on 2/2/2017)

This is the only injector I've ever used, so I can't make any comparisons with other makes/types.

It is well designed and quite rugged. Actually, looking at it, I get the idea of how it works but am amazed that it works as well and as reliably as it does (i.e., actually loads a nice tight cig, doesn't shred the paper tube, ...)

I've used it for about 6 months and have made about 200 packs of cigs. I get the occasional dud (gap back at the filter, torn tube, jamming, ...), but I take full credit for the problem.

My technique is going to take 5x as long to read as it takes to do (like tying shoelaces ...):
- take 2 pinches of tobacco between thumbs and index fingers and gently push it into the front and back of the trough in the injector (it should make a slightly rounded mound).
- lightly place the packer on top of the mound and shake whatever tobacco is loose enough to fall out.
- using slight pressure, pack the tobacco from all angles until it's just slightly bulging out of the cig track.
- attach the tube with a slight twirl so it seats well and doesn't get crumpled.
- when you gently bring the lid down, it should stay sightly open; fully close it and make sure that the lid and body grooves align.
- hold the body and pull the lid back to inject the tobacco (if it's easy, you'll have a looser cig - harder, a tighter one).

Like I said, I've had a 99% success rate and it's under $10. Can't complain about that ... (Posted on 3/26/2014)

Impossible to load the right amount of tobacco, either jams or puts out a half filled tube. Tossed it in the trash. (Posted on 7/28/2013)
Great little hand InjectorReview by Angela

I have been rolling my own cigarettes for about 15 years. At first I tried a few different injectors but I have not had to get a new one for a very long time. It has had so much use between my husband and I it no longer has a picture lol. With a little practice you will get a perfect cigarette each time. I have found for myself that just a pinch of tobacco is enough and instead of using the little packing device my fingers work better. Just lightly pack inside injector and spread with fingers to each end, and even in middle to make sure when injected it will pack into tube nice. Sounds like a lot of work but believe me you will end up doing it without thinking of it after a while lol. I can make my husband and I each a pack in less than 20 minutes with this injector. The only reason I am looking into an electric one now is due to issues with my hands. Oh almost forgot.... The only issue I have ever found with this one is that once in a while the little pin holding it together comes loose. All you have to do is slide it back into place and check once and a while. Other than that no problems :) (Posted on 3/23/2013)
Hard to Get Used ToReview by Georgianna

I bought the Premier Injector and I can use it, but it jams when I put enough tobacco in it for a full cigarette. I've tried different types of tobacco and different dryness factors, and can only make one good cigarette out of maybe ten. The rest just don't have enough tobacco to fill the tube.
