How to track your order
We do our best to ship your order on the next Business Day (a business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) but this is not guaranteed. Tracking numbers received will not show any tracking data until the carrier updates their systems Therefore, it is a good idea to wait at least a couple of business days before checking your order status.
- Wait at least 1 business day after placing your order.
- Click on My Orders
- Click on View Order
- Click on Order Shipments
- Click on Track this shipment.
The easiest way to track the shipment of your order is to click on the link in the email we sent you notifying you your order has shipped. If you haven't received this email, it could be your order hasn't shipped or there is a problem with the email system. We send out the tracking information but there are a lot of technical reasons you may not have received that email. Therefore, please be patient and wait another day to see if you get the shipping email with your tracking number.
