We apologize but placed orders can only be cancelled by customer service and cannot be cancelled from the website.
If you need to change or cancel an order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.
If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues or an authorization was given by customer service for the product to be returned, the customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product upon our receipt of the returned product. This credit will be issued as either a refund to the card used on the order or as a store credit for use on our website.
Refunds processed to a credit card can take 1-3 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's policies regarding refunds.
All cigarette machines have a 1 year manufactures warranty. Please fill out and send in your warranty card. You must return these machines directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Addresses are included with each machine. We are unable to accept returns of these products.
If you have recieved damaged product, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations can take between 4-8 business days to complete and are completed to ensure that the carrier is aware of your issue and can take steps to prevent them in the future.
