We do our best to ship your order on the next Business Day (a business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) but this is not guaranteed. Therefore, it is a good idea to wait at least a couple of business days before checking your order status.
The easiest way to track the shipment of your order is to click on the link in the email we sent you notifying you your order has shipped. If you haven't received this email, it could be your order hasn't shipped or there is a problem with the email system. We send out the tracking information but there are a lot of technical reasons you may not have recieved that email. Therefore, please be patient and wait another day to see if you get the shipping email with your tracking number.
You can login to your Smoker's Outlet Online account, click on My Orders, select your most recent order, and track the shipment.
If you know your tracking number, you can simply paste into a Google search as well.
